Toccara Myers, the founder of Fabulous Faces by Mrs. T and the visionary behind Noire Cosmetics, studied business management and has over ten years of experience in the beauty industry as a makeup artist. Toccara’s portfolio includes countless fashion shows, weddings, fundraisers, photoshoots, and sold-out mastery courses.

Since her first day in the field, it has been her goal to use her skills as a resource to evoke confidence to all who sit in her chair. Toccara has lost all of her grandparents to cancer and thus decided to dedicate her craft to the cause. Evolving Beauty Makeover Studio is simply an extension of her purpose and passion being fully realized.
